What is your Shipping Policy?

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail by default. Fulfillment times can range from anywhere between 1 business day and 3 weeks and are usually specified in the individual product detail pages.

Why does it take so long to receive certain items?

In order to keep overhead costs low, I don’t buy inventory upfront unless I know it’s going to sell-through. This helps me avoid product waste and iterate quickly, without having to store a lot of excess inventory. The tradeoff is that I sometimes won’t have the product printed or made until I have a committed buyer. That said, I’m always looking for ways to improve and hope that some of these growing pains fade away as I gain momentum and scale.

What is your Refund Policy?

I care a lot (probably too much, honestly) about making sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to me directly at returns@studiosylvo.com. Thank you for the opportunity to make things right.

Do you offer wholesale ordering?

Yes! For many of my paper products, working with wholesale retailers is one of my main goals. If you are a reseller interested in carrying the studio SYLVO line, please reach out: letsplay@studiosylvo.com.

Do you do commissions?

Yes, sometimes! I really wish I could say yes to everything, but I also know that my best work is done when I’m focused and realistic about my time. Quality over quantity, people! However, I love hearing your ideas and hope you’ll reach out regardless.

What about collaborations?

There is truly nothing in this world that delights me more than working with another creator. Like I mentioned above, it really depends on what else I have going on at the moment. If I agree to something, I want to be able to commit my full attention and can only do so if the volume of requests is manageable.

What happened to SylvieCeres Designs?

SylvieCeres Designs has been renamed studio SYLVO. All the best-selling products you know and love from SylvieCeres Designs will be continued to be sold through studio SYLVO.

Will you still be selling on Etsy?

Yes, for the foreseeable future, I will be keeping my Etsy Store live.
