This listing is for one custom portrait, printed with archival ink on lush 19pt Cotton Savoy paper.

Each and every portrait is illustrated by hand by me, cleaned up digitally, and then sent to a professional printer for production. Please allow up to one week for me to illustrate your home, and another week for print production.

I want you to be happy with your illustration and will send you a digital proof prior to shipping the physical item. Revisions are accepted within reason but may require additional fees.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
